In addition to Nexans we have also partnered with and are certified by other cable manufacturers such as Siemon and Giganet. Unified Communications is the integration of real-time communication services such as Telephony (voice), video conferencing, data sharing, instant messaging (chat), presence information, call control, speech recognition and messaging (voicemail, e-mail, SMS and fax). UC is not necessarily a single product, but a set of products that provides a consistent unified user-interface and user-experience across multiple devices and media-types. The department oversees design, installation, configuration, maintenance, repair and wiring of all Unified Communications systems.
